Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note:
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or any final sale items marked as “non-returnable.”
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible

Return Shipping
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking information.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

- Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Refund timing depends on your financial institution (typically 5-10 business days after processing)
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive the original
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
