Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note:

  • Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or any final sale items marked as “non-returnable.”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible

Return Shipping

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking information.

Exchange Processing
