Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking

2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your performance apparel purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all original tags attached

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Any final sale items marked as “non-returnable”

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return
  2. Wait for instructions – Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package your item(s) securely, preferably in the original packaging.
  4. Ship your return to:

    Include the RMA number clearly on the package.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service – we’re not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Refund timing depends on your financial institution (typically 5-10 business days after processing)

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item
  • Standard shipping rates apply unless the exchange is due to our error
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund and may not require you to return the item.
